Delete your bob account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, from the app or by writing to us.
In the app
1. Open bob and go to Settings. 2. Open Account. 3. Tap "delete account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted 7 days later. Until then you stay signed in and can change your mind with "cancel deletion". We email you a day before it happens.
Without the app
Email bob@refrez.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm, then delete it the same way.
What is deleted
Your account and everything in it: notes, tasks, habits, journal, memories, chats with bob, photos, voice recordings and other files, backups kept in bob's cloud, your devices and the key made for your account. If you would like a copy first, ask for a data download in Settings before you delete.
What is kept
A short record that an account was deleted, with its number, the date and the reason if you gave one, and nothing else. Audit records of what our team changed and server logs (kept 14 days) are not removed. Our nightly server backups are replaced within 14 days, so your data leaves them by then.
A subscription bought through Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in the Play Store.
